Between 2007-2020 I was the Librarian at King Edward VI School,

Stratford-upon-Avon (Shakespeare’s school).

Before this, I was a librarian in:

• public libraries working with children and young people
• a research organisation
• a university library
• a newspaper library

I am now retired and mostly read books aimed at adults and far fewer books for young people, which is why I no longer feature a book every week.
